Booking & day-of

Book online in about a minute, or text us directly at 236-304-6737 and we'll set it up in a quick back-and-forth. When you select your city, we automatically show you your zone day — the specific pickup day we cover your area.

We'll confirm your pickup window by text — usually a two-hour block — and ask you to set your preferences if you haven't already. On your zone day, just leave your bag and any hangers in the agreed spot and we'll handle the rest.

The pickup

We photograph your bag and every hanger item at your door before we take anything. If you've flagged any high-value items (over $300), we go through them together — photograph condition, confirm care instructions, and set expectations clearly.

You'll get a photo confirmation by text immediately after pickup — what we collected, what the bag looked like, and the hanger count. That's your receipt before we even start the wash.

We work with vetted local cleaning partners and we're involved throughout — we don't just drop a bag and walk away. Your order is quality-checked before it comes back to you.

Everyday items — covered free

If any everyday item is lost or damaged due to our handling, we cover up to 10 times the per-item service charge — no claim form needed in advance, no add-on to buy. Maximum payout: $750 per order.

Notice something missing or damaged? Text us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out — quickly and without fuss.

Valuable items — tell us at booking

If anything is worth over $300, declare it when you book. We'll photograph it together at pickup, note condition, and give it careful-handling treatment throughout.

Items valued over $300 travel at the customer's own risk. Your home or tenant policy likely covers your belongings away from home — that's the right protection for anything truly valuable. A quick call to your insurer before the first pickup is the best move.

If something is irreplaceable and uninsured, we'd rather tell you honestly: keep it safe at home. We mean that.

  • Any standard 24″ × 36″ laundry bag — the kind you can find for a few dollars at any grocery or home goods store. Fill it with shirts, pants, underwear, socks, pyjamas, workout clothes, kids' clothes, bed sheets, towels — anything you'd normally put in a washing machine. One full bag is one service at $79.95. If you're a new customer and don't have a bag, we'll bring you our signature bag on your first pickup.
  • Standard turnaround is 48 hours — we pick up on your zone day and return on the next zone day for your area. If you've added the hang-dry-everything option, allow an extra 24 hours. Same-day rush is available in Vancouver and Burnaby, subject to availability, for an additional $25.
  • If we find something in your bag that's labelled dry-clean only, we'll text you a photo and wait for your go-ahead before doing anything — and before adding anything to your bill. We'd rather take a moment to confirm than make a costly mistake. Dry-clean items placed on hangers are handled separately and priced accordingly per the hanger tier.
  • You pay after pickup — once we've confirmed what we collected and you've had a chance to review. We send you an itemized total by text, along with the pickup photo, and you confirm before we proceed. Payment by card at delivery, or we send a payment link by text. No surprises. No billing before we've agreed on the total.
