We started Lougheed Laundry because we believe clean laundry — done right, every time — shouldn't feel like a gamble. We're not a platform or a franchise. We're a family that handles your laundry personally, from pickup to your door.

Our story

Why we started

Honestly? We got tired of the way laundry services worked — or didn't. You'd hand your clothes to someone at a counter, get a ticket stub, and then spend the next few days wondering whether your favourite shirt would come back the way you left it. Sometimes it did. Often enough it didn't. And when something went wrong, nobody seemed to want to own it.

So we decided to do it differently. As a family already deeply rooted in the Lower Mainland, we knew this corridor — the communities stretching along the Lougheed Highway and beyond — better than any app-dispatched driver ever would. The Lougheed runs through the heart of this region, past neighbourhoods and suburbs and everything in between. It felt right that our route should too. The name wasn't a marketing decision. It's where we live. It's where we drive. It's who we are.

We launched Lougheed Laundry to be the service we always wanted to find: one where a real person picks up your laundry, knows how you like it done, quality-checks it before it comes back, and delivers it themselves. No middlemen. No strangers. No mystery. Just clean clothes and a family that takes pride in every single order.

We're not trying to be everywhere. We serve the Lower Mainland because that's where we can handle every order personally. The moment we spread beyond what we can manage ourselves, the quality slips — and that's not a trade we're willing to make.

The Lougheed corridor runs through the heart of this region, and so does our route. From Burnaby and Vancouver to Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, and Abbotsford — we know these roads, these neighbourhoods, and the people in them. When you book with us, you're not handing your laundry off to a platform. You're handing it to us.

We'll grow slowly, carefully, and only in ways that keep quality exactly where it is right now — as high as we can make it.

We built this service around a few principles we take seriously — and that show up in every order we handle.

We're not the cheapest option and we don't try to be. We charge a fair rate for careful, attentive work — and we'd rather turn away business than cut corners. If something doesn't meet our standard, we redo it before it ever leaves our hands.

Consistency you can count on

Your preferences are saved, your garments are handled the same way every time, and the person who picks up your order is the same person checking it before delivery. Consistency isn't a policy for us — it's a habit we've built into how we work.

Personal accountability

If something goes wrong — and occasionally things do — we own it. We don't point to a driver or a partner facility. We're the ones who picked up your laundry, we're the ones responsible for it, and we're the ones who will make it right. That's what it means to run this ourselves.
