  • Any standard 24″×36″ laundry bag — the kind you can pick up for ~$5 at Walmart, or we'll bring you our signature bag on your first pickup. Shirts, pants, underwear, socks, pyjamas, workout clothes, kids' clothes, bed sheets, towels — anything you'd put in a washing machine. One full bag counts as one service.
  • You pay after we collect and sort your order — we text you a photo and the itemized total, and you confirm before we proceed. Payment on delivery by card, or we'll send you a payment link by text. No billing surprises, ever.
  • Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos. For everyday items, we cover up to 10× the service charge for the item if lost or damaged due to our handling — that's our written guarantee. Got something valuable (over $300)? Declare it when you book; we'll photograph it together at pickup and handle it on our careful-handling track.
  • One bag ($79.95) or $25 of hanger items — whichever you're sending. No minimum for subscription customers.
  • Declare it when you book using the high-value toggle. We'll photograph it together at pickup and give it careful-handling treatment. Items worth over $300 travel at the customer's own risk — your home or tenant insurance likely covers belongings away from home, so a quick call to your insurer is the best move. If it's irreplaceable and uninsured, we'd genuinely rather you keep it safe at home.
